Executive Order 20-89
Applies to Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe County
- Restrict public access to businesses and facilities deemed non-essential
- according to guidelines established by Miami-Dade County
- 2020-03-19 : Emergency Order 07-20
- includes any subsequent amendments and orders prior to 2020-03-30
- according to guidelines established by Miami-Dade County
- County administrators may determine additional “essential” retail and retail commercial establishments and institutions not subject to complete closure.
- No county or local authority may restrict or prohibit “essential” service from performing a function allowed under this order
- Essential service establishments shall continue to determine, adopt and maintain reasonable measures to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of premises and items that may come into contact with employees and the public, and such establishments shall take reasonable action to ensure that people adhere to the CDC’s social distancing guidelines
- Curfews shall not pertain travel to our from the essential service establishments.
- Expires April 15th, 2020 unless renewed or otherwise modified
